TGR-S4E7: Loving More Like Jesus

Standard

This week on The Great Reset the Biastes perform a retrospective on Season 4 by attempting to agree on a Purpose, and then evaluating their recent interactions in light of that Purpose.

We are followers of Jesus
who invite you to join with us
as we practice loving more like Jesus

Purpose of The Great Reset (Draft)

  • We are a community of Jesus-lovers who
  • Come together to learn how to
  • Love more like Jesus, and
  • Invite you to learn along with us

Retrospective Statements

  • I like… (what furthered that purpose)
  • I wonder… (what could help us do better)

Love Commands

  1. John 14:15: If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.
  2. Mark 12:30: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.
  3. John 13:34: A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you also must love one another.
  4. Mark 12:31: The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these.
  5. Luke 6:35: Love your enemies! Do good to them. Lend to them without expecting to be repaid. Then your reward from heaven will be very great, and you will truly be acting as children of the Most High, for he is kind to those who are unthankful and wicked.
  6. Ephesians 5:2: “Observe how Christ loved us… Love like that.”
