A soaked 18th-century composer stands at the threshold between a lavish palace and a crowd of poor and oppressed people outside, extending himself toward them while the wealthy turn away.

Find a gracious way to assert the boundary.
Then let Me enforce it.

• To look at love from both sides now

Spirit Approach Memo

Continued from Doomed To Live

I am… superficial.

I thought my job
Was to bring
Or even just tell about
Living water

Instead of returning
So joyfully soaked
That people became curious
About where that came from

I listen to the Spirit.

He says:

“There is no margin
In selling wholeness
To the rich and comfortable

“Instead
Pursue profit
Where My heart is crushed…”

“For the oppressed!”

To be continued

Reflection

I feel…

• Incarnation
• Misinformed
• Thirst

Scripture

“They crush the lowly as they fall beneath their brutal blows, watching their victims collapse in defeat! Then they say to themselves,
“The Lofty One is not watching while we do this. He doesn’t even care! We can get away with it!”
Now arise, YAHWEH-God! Crush them once and for all! Don’t forget the helpless and oppressed.”

Psalms 10:10-12 TPT
