Leave your ego at the door,
and see what happens.

Today’s Most Important Challenge is…

  • Taking authority
  • Over every skill, thought or model
  • That competes with Christ
  • Especially me

Held In Scripture (Hosting Ignatian Spirituality)

I see Jesus.

He is… blindfolded.

Being marched
Up to a gallows

Soldiers
Line the courtyard

I see myself.

I am shrouded in a cloak
Clutching a bow and arrow
Like Robin Hood
Come to rescue him

I look to Jesus.

He sees me
Shakes His head
And winks

They pull the lever…

And His neck snaps!

To be continued

Response

What did I experience Jesus as?

  • Vulnerable
  • Submissive
  • Commanding
  • The Lamb of God

Consolation

How did I move toward Jesus?

  • Obeying Him
  • Experiencing His death

Scripture

“I consider your Word to be my greatest treasure, and I treasure it in my heart to keep me from committing sin’s treason against you.
My wonderful God, you are to be praised above all; teach me the power of your decrees!
I speak continually of your laws as I recite out loud your counsel to me.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭11‬-‭13‬ ‭TPT‬‬
