I am… warmed.

The empty bowstrings
In the hands of the resurrected
Shot fire into the sky

Each one landing
To form fire circles
Connecting the land
Pushing back the darkness
Removing the need for walls

I see Jesus.

He is walking freely
Over the earth

No longer hindered
By the walls we built
To protect
To Christ we knew
From the Christ
Who knows us better

Jesus calls to me.

He says:

“Come
Sit with me
Rest your feet
By the fire
While I tell you..”

“A Holy Ghost story!”
