God sometimes seems under-handed
Our suffering, as if He has planned it
It feels like our pain
Is just for His gain
And we must give what He demanded
But what if He’s lobbing a gift
A bomb to explode all our grift
I must die to me
So Him I can see
And “We” become “Him” – get my drift?
