I need Quality Time
Alone with God

I also need Continuity Time
When I am not

I need to feel
His loving attention
Always on me

So that
When the world presses in
Or my flesh rises up
I can retreat
Into His presence

So I respond
Out of His overflow

Rather than react
Out of my fear
