Dear Peter, Its okay.
I know you’re scared that
I’m going away.
To be honest, it scares me too.
And I’m sad that this pain comes between me and you.
But Peter, you will see.
That’s how it must be so
you can truly love me.
Trust my Dad. He will show
The cross you must bear if
my path you would go.
Then Peter, you can rest.
Once you see all that happens
works out for the best.
I’ll come back, you with me
We’ll be together
for eternity.
