I am… carrying salsa.

Spicy
But not too spicy

It is
My favorite part

It is
All I have to bring

But that’s okay.

Because
Everyone else
Is also bringing
Only
Their one thing

It almost works.

Except

Nobody
Has brought
The tortillas
Or plates

That hold it all together

I listen to the Spirit.

He says:

“Look closer”

I see My King.

He stands up
And pulls bread
Out of His flesh

Saying:

“This is My Body…”

“Broken for you!”
