I am… rattled.

The ground beneath my feet
Shifts
And falls apart

The tall buildings
We took such pride in
Start to topple

I start to panic
Eyes darting around
For a safe place to stand

I hear from My Father.

He says:

“Do not move
Until I AM telling you to move

“For even if the earth
Departs from its course
The safest place to be…”

“Is where I AM!”
