I am… shredded.

The fall
Off the mountain
Did not break my bones

But just the ligaments
That held them together

Or rather
The lies
That bound
My ego together

I listen to the Spirit.

He says:

“Even the falls
And failures
And follies

“Are
My gift to you
Because they
Help you to see…”

“I AM holding you together!”
