I find myself getting frenetic
When trying to be more authentic
As I lose my shame
It changes the game
And makes people act schizophrenic
The problem, I’m starting to see
Is that I’ve unleashed the wrong me
They just see the part
Of my naked heart
That shows them that they are not free
The miracle I must not hide
Is how Christ is living inside
You too are made whole
As you pierce my soul
To see Jesus make us His Bride
The greatest challenge of the 21st century
Is becoming more authentic
In a way that helps others
