We cannot exist in a world
Unless the divine be concealed
His glory would us overwhelm
If this earthy veil be unpeeled

No wonder we struggle with pain
Despite all the prayers we have kneeled
Our eyes cannot bear the hard truth
Of how much for us God has feeled

Yet this our marvelous song
That Christ was to us God revealed
And when we get lost in His love
Heaven and earth are both healed

The Father loves the Son and shows Him all He does. And to your amazement, He will show Him even greater works than these.
