I am… losing it.

The gates of hell
Are there for a reason

Not just
To constrain the evil
They loose upon the world

But to preserve us
From facing the ugly truths
That would unmake us

I look for Jesus.

He is not
Fighting a war

He is preaching good news
To the lost souls
In hell

And suddenly
I realize…

I was always one of them!
