As I empty myself out
In love

Christ
Fills me
Fills us
Fills all reality

I look for Jesus.

His breaking
Is the substrate
That provides

The rigidity of earth
The integrity of math
The fluidity of birth

All at the same time.

I ask:

“Lord
Who am I
That you should bless me
To experience
Understand
Enjoy
All of this?”

A voice speaks.

From the opposite end
Of eternity
And says:

“You are My beloved son!”

The wealth of the world is nothing to God. So if your wealth increases, don’t be boastful or put your trust in your money. And don’t you think for a moment that you can get away with stealing by overcharging others just to get more for yourself!
