I am… playing hide and seek.

I had thought
I was alone
Abandoned
Isolated

But
The others were already there
Scattered through the house
Waiting for me

I listen to the Spirit.

He says:

“The hardest challenge
Is not finding others
For
They want to be found”

He snaps his fingers.

The walls
Turn translucent
I see everyone
Truly alone
Hiding
Waiting
Hoping

For someone to find them.

The Spirit continues:

“The real challenge
Is daring to look
Because you fear finding…”

“The end of yourself!”
