The king
Hates me

The prophets
Speak lies

The city
Is doomed

Even God
Has commanded me
Not to pray

What is left
For me to do?

I look to My Father.

He says:

“It is not for you
To know the times
And the seasons
Of My deliverance”

The earth cracks.

I look down

He says:

“When you hit rock bottom
Then it is time…”

“To start digging!”
