The hole in my side
Has been healed
But it still hurts

Throbs
Lacks
Longs

I see my context.

I am in
A fertile garden

Wild
But not chaotic

Beautiful
Welcoming
But not safe

I see a path.

I know
All I have lost
Is at the other end

But I know
To walk that path
Means risking
All I have left

I listen to the Spirit.

He says:

“I do not promise
You will not
Lose everything“

“I only promise…”

“You will find me!”
