Descends

Detaches

My affective being

Emotions
Feelings
Relationships
Trauma

Desires Christ

I look to My Father.

He is no longer
Hidden in clownish disguise

He is now clearly
The ringmaster
Of the three-ring circus
Of my alienated selfhood

He spreads his hands.

I see all of time
Eternity past
Eternity present
Eternity future
Held within them

My Father speaks.

He says:

“Now is the time
When all that was lost
Will be found
And all that was divided
Becomes one”

And then…

He claps his hands!
