I am… stopping.

It takes me a long time to stop
Because I was going so fast

And when I do
I find myself
Inside a city
I have never seen before

Though perhaps
That is only
Because I never looked

I look to My Father.

He invites me
To park
At a park
Of unexpected green

Amidst the brown and grey
Of rust and decay

My Father speaks.

He says:

“Son of Man
If you wish this city
To live again
First you must learn…”

“To enter my rest!”
