Jesus has the drop on me
And I wouldn’t kill him first
Even if I could

I look to Jesus.

He grins
And hands me
One of his guns
Saying;

“Let’s find out!”

We stand back to back
His Father counts out loud
As we step out

“One…
Two…
Three!”

We turn and shoot.

A thud
Of bullet hitting flesh

Another
As a body hits the ground…

But whose?
