I am… carried away.

The cyclone of flowers
Lifts us up
Over the fertile valley

We can survey
Everything

The good
The bad
The ugly

And receive it all as a gift.

But then
The wind shifts
And we plummet to earth

Right
Into the heart
Of the darkest place
We never wished to go

I look to My Father.

He says:

“Be not afraid
For it is only
When the light of the world
Is extinguished…”

“…you can see my glory.”
