I am… going deeper.

The young woman and I
Return to the narrow gorge
That opens onto the fertile valley

The young men
Hang back
To not bother us

I look to My Father.

He says
To both of us:

“This is your true home
From whence you came
Though you have forgotten it”

He breathes on us.

A mighty wind
Blows through the land
Rippling the grain

Flowers fall from the trees
Then spin upwards
In cyclones of color

We look at each other…

And are filled with joy!
