Forgiving your own self-brutalization (i.e., from civilization)
is the key to forgiving others,
and helping them forgive themselves.

Today’s Most Important Challenge is…

  • Putting away my bitterness, wrath, and envy
  • So I can love you as Christ

Yahweh Approach Memo

Continued from Taken Notice

I am… descending.

The darkness
Is nearly complete

But I must enter
And lead the young men
To kill the beasts
We must eat
In order to survive

Despite the fact
Those beasts also hunt us
And this is their home ground

I look to My Father.

He says:

“The only way
You can save your life
Is to give it away”

I understand.

So when the unseen beast
Growls
And begins to charge
I drop my weapons
And…

Throw myself at its feet!

Reflection

I feel…

  • Vulnerable
  • Sacrificed
  • Holy

Scripture

Boaz answered, “I’ve heard all about what you’ve done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband.
I know your story—how you left your father and mother and your native land and came to a people and a culture that must seem strange to you.”‭‭

Ruth‬ ‭2‬:‭11‬ ‭TPT‬‬
