I am… fodder.

The people
Of the dry and dusty land
Are so thirsty

They consume
My snowwoman form

Carving off
Pieces of me
To feed on

And in so doing
They ingest
The blood of Christ

As I am eaten away…

I look for Jesus.

I realize
I have become
His body

His blood
Is what
They really craved
All along

It is only
As I let go
Of myself

That they are able…

To receive Him!
