I am… pumped.

The heart of Jesus
Sends me out
Into the world

Exchanging
His love
For their grief

And back again

To exchange
My grief
For His love

I look for Jesus.

He is not just
The heart that beats

He is the oxygen
That fills my cells

He is the kidneys
That remove my toxins

He is the spleen
That harvests my death

He the marrow
That makes me anew

Jesus looks to me.

He says:

“All you need to remember
Is that wherever you go…”

“I already AM!”
