I am… expanding.

My hunger and thirst
Is not simply for righteousness
Or some platonic ideal of divinity

But for Christ Himself
The fullness of Godhood
As revealed on the cross

Which turns me inside out
As I am apparently pulled
In both directions
At once

The hellish depths of sin
The heavenly heights of holiness

It makes no sense
I can’t explain it
I can’t endure it
Alone

So…

I look for Jesus.

I see Him
Inside me

And me
Inside Him
With you

As He says:

“Thank you
For coming
Because it is now time…”

“For us to marry!”
