We all are
Casting our crowns
At the feet of Jesus

We are finished
With trying to rule
Our own lives

Judging for ourselves
And judging others
With our knowledge
Of good and evil

I look for Jesus.

He is the cross
The paradox
Of law and grace
At the center of our being
And all eternity

He is the Father
Bounding us
Binding us
Into a family

He is the Spirit
Filling the space
In-between
Interpenetrating us
Writing a new covenant
Of forgiveness
Upon our hearts

He is LORD.

And He shall reign
And we shall reign
With Him

For ever
And ever
And ever
