I am… out of my mind.

Well
More the other way around

After discovering
That it was my brain
Which kept me going in circles

I throw it away
And start yelling at it

“Look!”

I say

“I thought we had a deal
I keep you supplied with nutrients
You keep me safe”

“Exactly!”

It shouts back

“As your leader
It is my job to keep you alive
Do you have any idea
How dangerous
It would have been
To do what Yahweh asked?

“No
Of course not
Because YOU don’t have a brain
That can figure all that out”

And to my surprise
My brain starts crying

“And my curse is that …”

“I know where this leads!”
