The presence of God
Fires me up

Cleansing me
Unmooring me
Until I float over the world

Not detached from them
Just from my own place in it

I look for Jesus.

He says:

“You need to start
Over
By seeing the world
As I saw it

“One continuous
Beautiful
Broken
Messy
Whole
That I loved”

Jesus looks to me.

He smiles
And says:

“Now you need
To see the world
As I see it now”

He snaps His fingers
And gravity resumes
