I am… kindling.

The burning heart of God
Which turned me to a wooden guardian
Of first the garden forest
Then Earthpower itself
Has destroyed me

How now
Can I fulfill my mandate
To stand against corruption?

I look to My Father.

He says:

“That
Was never the true purpose
Of your true self”

My Father looks to Christ.

He says:

“Fighting corruption
Was just the training ground
Until you were ready…”

“To surrender to it!”

Scripture

They completely abandoned Yahweh to serve Baal and the images of the goddess Astarte.
They caused the anger of Yahweh to be kindled against Israel, and he handed them over to invaders, who plundered them.
He surrendered them to their enemies on all sides, and they could no longer defend themselves.
Every time they went into battle, Yahweh raised his hand against them to their undoing, just as he had warned them, and they were in great distress.
