“But the fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within you is divine love in all its varied expressions: joy that overflows, peace that subdues, patience that endures, kindness in action, a life full of virtue, faith that prevails, gentleness of heart, and strength of spirit. Never set the law above these qualities, for they are meant to be limitless.”

Spirit Approach Memo
Concluding from Passing Over
I am… sunk.
At my Father’s command
I abandoned the chariot of Law
That I had driven
And had driven me
For so long
I grasped the trident
Of the triune God
And dove into the depths
Of the emotions
Whose surface I had only skimmed
And kept going
Until I ran out of air
And felt my lungs would burst
I listen for the Spirit.
He says:
“Breathe!”
So I do
And I can
I bottom out.
As my tender feet touch the ground
The boots split open
And my feet unsplit
Forming a tail
My Father speaks:
“You were never meant
To walk on the dust”
He whistles
And the undersea denizens
Gather for a feast
And to pay me obeisance
“You were meant
To soar across the sea”
I receive a crown.
Living coral
Shaped by the mouths of parrotfish
Placed on me by octopi
I take my throne.
Which was my dolphin chariot
But down here
No longer feels ridiculous
I drive forward.
Claiming territory
For My Lord
But no longer driven
For I
Am already
Home
Finit

Scripture
“The very next day, they ate for the first time food grown in Canaan—roasted grain and flatbread made without yeast. On that day, when they ate the produce of the land, the manna stopped falling from heaven. The Israelites never ate manna again, but that year they enjoyed the fruit of the land of Canaan.”
Joshua 5:11-12 TPT
