I am… treading carefully.

This land is beautiful
But dangerous

I am a foreigner here
I don’t know which plants are poisonous
Or where vicious predators lie in wait

Fear seems my best protection
But instead…

I look for Jesus.

The Spirit says: “Look down.”

I lower my eyes
And see
The footprints of Jesus

I know
I will be safe
Following His footsteps

So I do
And it works
Really well
Until…

I step off a cliff!
