I am… blown away.

My broken parts
That became a forest
In the ocean of His blood
Are now seeds
Carried by the wind
Over the diamond-hard ground

I look for My father.

He sends rain
On the just and the unjust
Making the ground holey

Each seed
Fails to the ground
And dies

I give up.

Each ego anchor
That allowed me to build
Towers of resentment

As it dies
Feeds into
A mycelium network

Which in turn
Sends up spores
To be exhaled over the world

Together
We break down the diamond
Into charcoal
Fertilized by the blood of Jesus

Grasses
Cover the earth
Fish
Walk on land

My Father speaks.

He says:

“Be fruitful
And multiply!”
