Continued from Mantled
I am… multiplying.
The broken pieces of me
My diamond heart had shielded
Became seeds
When baptized in the blood of Jesus
I watch for the spirit.
What I thought broken
Incomplete
Impotent
He fertilizes
Consummates
Overshadows
Every piece
Torn out my broken heart
Becomes a colony
A garden
An undersea forest
Fish spawn
To feed and tend my plants
Filling the oceans with life
Then
I hear my Father say:
“Let there be land!”
