The angular momentum
Of Jesus spinning me
Is too much

I fall
To pieces
Like Humpty Dumpty

I look for Jesus.

He says:

“Look to your enemies”

I see
Him preparing a feast
For them
In my presence

I see
Them bringing
Their grievances

The broken shards
Of my self
That pierced them

Bloody
And stained
With urine and excrement

I see Jesus
Using poison
Lead and turpentine
To piece them together

When He is done
I have become
A stained glass window

And when the Son shines through
My broken self…

They see Jesus!

And worship

Scripture
