I am… pierced.

The barracuda-hunter-self
The Jesus-dolphin and I chased to this desert island

Has become human again
Fashioned a bow and arrow
And shot me!

Blood spills
From my wounded side

I am in agony

I look for Jesus.

He is still cavorting in the pool
That birthed us into this place

His eyes show they know my pain
But that cannot override the joy in His heart

Then the hunter
Nocks another arrow
Takes aim
And…

Shoots Jesus in the eye!
