I am… stuck.

The arteries
Leading to my heart
Are fine

But the veins are not
I cannot carry away the waste
The toxicity is building up

I look for Jesus.

He is now a blood cell like me
But bigger
Stronger

Emptier?

I see the blockage.

Unforgiveness
Trauma
Resentment

Jesus
Through sheer purity
Triggers the reverse osmosis

Sucking up all the damage
Into Himself

The walls are clear.

But now Jesus is bloated
Filling the blood vessel
Weighed down with all my sin

Jesus looks to me.

And with a sinking feeling
I realize what I must do…
