I am… marching.

I look to My Father.

He is marching before me

The door to my bedroom
Is locked and barred

My palace
Had become my prison

No matter

My Father does not slow down.

He marches through bronze doors
Like they were paper maché

I follow
Like we are football players
Running through a hoop
At the beginning of the game
To a cheering crowd

But there is no crowd
No sound
Except metallic bonds
Bending and bursting

As the King of Glory
Exits
