On the one hand
It is beautifully
Rich
Connected

On the other
It is stifling
Locked in
Overwhelming

There is so much to see
I can’t see very far
So much to hear
I can’t listen to anything

I look to My Father.

He’s right there
Everywhere

I don’t have to ignore
The visual and auditory noise

I have to look deeper
At what is right in front of my face
Listen harder
To what is distracting me

To discover
I am right where He wants me

And all is right with the world
