I am… turning.

The earthen figures
Bound with me through their hearts
With the tooth-truth of Jesus
Have become glass
On a blow-pipe
In the glory hole of God

Transparent
Molten
Rotating
Expanding

I look for Jesus.

He is the glass-blower
Filling us with His Spirit

We do not lose
Our individuality
We do not lose
Our mobility

But as the temperature heats up
We flow
Together
Around
Connecting

Others
Break off pieces
Of their hands and feet
And spin them into
Cables of trust
That pierce and bind
Other hearts
To ours
And Him

I am
Holding it all together
I am
Spread thinner and thinner
Narrower
Finer
More fragile
Until
Finally
I shatter!
