I am… a tsunami.

My beautiful feet
Are making waves
As I race across the water

The island kingdoms
Who have been waging war
On behalf of their individual idols
Become uneasy

The very things
They trusted in
To provide them stability
In a dangerous world
Have become unstable

The very things
They trusted in
To provide them stability
In a dangerous world
Have become unstable

Instead of their beliefs
Giving them security
They give up their security
To secure their beliefs

Making themselves wilder
Anxious
Violent
Desperate

Am I making things worse?

I look for Jesus.

I am not
The cause of the wave

I am the wave
Caused by Jesus

He
Is surfing
On me

Full of life
Filled with joy
As implacable as a force of nature
More!

And He
Is coming

But what will happen
When that unstoppable force
Collides
With their immovable objects?
