I am… breaking up

The Pillar of Jesus
Is all that was left

The flood has washed away
All the rest
Of the secret garden
In the House of Hiding
That was holding up
The Castles of Man

I as a black pearl
Along with a ruby, sapphire & emerald
Surround the massive Body of Christ
Defining the Boundary
That preserved the Pillar of Jesus
Amidst the flood

And I am failing under the pressure

I look for Jesus.

I can no longer see Him
Or anything

Water blinds my omnidirectional eyes
Whether from the flood or my tears
I know not

I fix my ears on Jesus.

I hear Him singing

It is a song of un-making
Or perhaps re-making

The flood
Is not causing me to crack

The flood
Is not hiding me from Jesus

Jesus
Is singing the flood
He is the flood

The flood is the holy water
From His eternal wound
That burns evil like acid
Leaving humans unharmed
But hurts like hell

He is breaking me up
With His song
Even though it threatens
To unravel everything
He placed me to protect

Why?
