I am… in a broken city of broken people
Who are nevertheless the Jesus I need

How can I let them help me
When they won’t let me help them
And they have no clue what we need

Do I?

I look for Jesus.

He’s right beside me
He touches my heart
It begins to glow

Most people can’t see it
A few do
They draw closer
Soon, their hearts begin to glow

We see Jesus in each other

We link arms
And begin to sing…
