I am… pierced.

The (s)word of Jesus pierces my heart
Slicing through my umbilical cord
Pinning me to the ground

I want to scream
But there is no pain

Rather… relief?

I look for Jesus.

He is not holding the sword
He is holding me
From underneath

The sword pierced Him
For me

Scripture
