There is a place that is nigh
Where broken sinners can buy
Balm for their soul
To be made whole
Though price of entry is high
It’s costly to enter the place
Where we can freely find grace
For our ego
Won’t want to know
The depth of our spirit’s disgrace
That’s why we must hunger more
For Christ’s love our hearts to re-store
As I lose my pride
The doors open wide
And depths of His joy we explore
Today I will open my heart
So Christ can restore ours
