Jesus replied, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified.
Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed.
But if it dies, it produces many seeds.
Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.
Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be.
My Father will honor the one who serves me.”
“Yet at the same time many even among the leaders believed in him. But because of the Pharisees they would not openly acknowledge their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue; for they loved human praise more than praise from God.”‭‭

Status helps keep us alive
The norms that show how we must strive
To find a mate
Or guard the gate
And find our best place in the hive

But status is also a trap
A mindset that Christ wants to snap
We must face the lie
And like Him dare die
So that our true self He unwrap

Today I will stay humble
So Christ can flip me
From normal to exceptional
Whenever He wants
