Hat tip to Apple Vision

I want to do my part
To show the world Your heart
But sometimes all I see
Is inhumanity

When evil is so strong
I long to fix the wrong
So judgement I invoke
To save a world that’s broke

While some may heed that call
Christ says: not you, at all
The path that we must tread
Sees something else instead

God did not make the world
As something from Him hurled
Since we are not alone
We dare not seize His throne

Those who would be like Christ
Must pay a different price:
Identify with those
Who author all our woes!

For when I see my “Them
As part of my same stem
The truth that I must face
Is both of us need grace

My Self that sees their wrong
Is one verse in a song
To help all Them be free
I need a different me

And so I bear my cross
And count it gain not loss
To save humanity
God must Re-vision Me

Today I will allow God
To replace my vision
With His re-vision
